Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken.Acts 2:2‭-‬6

We know that at the Tower of Babel the people were scattered and God instilled different languages in each group because of their disobedience. Imagine being able to communicate one minute than hearing different languages the next. There must have been such confusion in that place.

Thousands of years later the Spirit of God descends on the people of God. All of a sudden they could each understand one another again. The confusion was lifted and the people were restored to how they were meant to be from the beginning.

The Spirit of God brings clarity where there was once confusion. Where ever the Spirit falls you will find understanding and wisdom. His Spirit restores the damage of sin and brings life. Wherever there is confusion or uncertainty call on God’s Spirit this day and you will find clarity and wisdom. There is no confusion in the presence of the Spirit of God.

He has come to restore us back to Him!
