1 Corinthians 5:1 because when we are clothed, we will not be found naked.

For the Lord our God has called us to be clothed in righteousness, to put on Christ. To be to the world like the one who is clothed in robes of light. He covers us with his word and his word fulfilled in us becomes “Christ in us, the hope of Glory”.

God says that if we are clothed we will not be found naked. When Adam sinned and the Lord called out his name, Adam hid from the Lord. When the Lord asked “ where are you” he answered that he was naked and ashamed.

God put on garments on Adam and Eve so they would not be naked. Today he has sent his son to us so that we will not be found naked or ashamed at the coming of the Lord when he asks “where are you”. We will rise up and say to him “ here I am Lord”.

How many people are walking around today with no garments? My prayer is that when they see you clothed this day, they may see that they are naked. Perhaps today you will cover someone’s nakedness with the glory of Christ!!

God covered Adam and Eve, today if you call on him he will also cover you.
