Joy and Provision
United Faith Church has a vision to raise and educate youth and the young at heart to love the Lord Jesus Christ, leaving a legacy that will impact generations to come. Implicit in this vision is the heart to ensure access to and provision for education itself. At Iglesia Fe Unida in Honduras, we ensure that every child is prepared to learn and succeed, to have hope and to prosper, in part by providing school supplies to students.
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
Through these efforts, Iglesia Fe Unida annually helps equip nearly 150 children and youth with supplies to help them achieve their greatest potential in school and in life. Some of these items include backpacks, pens, crayons, notebooks, markers, games, and pencils. For others, it means hands-on training in computer skills and media. By meeting the real life needs of these children and their families, we know that we are investing in lives that gratefully see the provision of The Almighty.
