Church,
The world is full of people chasing down fulfillment. They spend their lives preparing and obtaining that next thing that grants them power, wealth and influence.

But the Word teaches us about wisdom. Wisdom is something we cannot obtain on our own but only comes by the grace of God.

What good is education if we do not have the wisdom of God to make it useful?

What good is gold and silver if we do not have the wisdom to know what will truly bring joy to our hearts?

We must seek wisdom over all things this world has to offer. For it is more precious than rubies and yields better returns than gold.

Thank you Lord that to know you and to fear you is to know wisdom and understanding.
