Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power
and the glory and the majesty and the splendor,
for everything in heaven and earth is yours.

People underestimate the power of prayer. Throughout the country we can see prayer as an under utilized part of peoples walk holding no expectation of an answer.

But what, in all the world, is as powerful as prayer? When we are praying we are not just speaking to the air but we are lifting our petitions to the ears of the Most High God. Our prayers enter the realm of heaven, where no man has seen, and enters the throne room to be placed at the feet of the ruler of all things. Our God owns all of heaven and earth and we as His people get to commune with Him. We get to not only speak to Him but we get to see the result play out right in front of our own eyes.

There is nothing more powerful than prayer for the believer. For no other people have a God who is seated in heaven and who answers the prayers of His children. So let us lift our prayers and petitions to the owner of the kingdom of heaven and watch God move on behalf of His people!
