Then the LORD said to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh, for I have hardened his heart and the hearts of his officials so that I may perform these signs of mine among them that you may tell your children and grandchildren how I dealt harshly with the Egyptians and how I performed my signs among them, and that you may know that I am the LORD.”Exodus 10:1-2

Church,

In this verse we can see that God had a plan from the beginning for the Jews deliverance. He could have just had them easily walk out but God designed a miraculous departure that would be spoken about for generations to come.

Today, God is still doing these miraculous displays of His power. We do not see His power in water being turned to blood nor seas being separated. Today we see Him do something even greater. Our lives being redeemed are an even greater display of power than what was displayed in that time.

Our lives are a constant display of the power of God. For the power it took to deliver the Jews is small compared to the power it took to redeem us from the grave.

May we be a constant display to the world of the reality and power of the God that we serve.

Amen,

Kris
